Operator: Spongle Limited A private company limited by shares, registered in the Republic of Ireland under the Companies Act 2014 Company Registration Number: 815169 Date of Incorporation: 11 May 2026 Registered Office: 77 Camden Street Lower, Dublin 2, D02 XE80, Ireland Email: legal@spongle.co Website: https://spongle.co Quick Summary: Spongle is a marketplace connecting Brands and Creators for influencer-marketing campaigns. We provide the platform; we are not a party to the contract between a Brand and a Creator. Payments run through Stripe. The Brand is charged in full when it funds a contract; the Creator's fee is held and released after a chargeback-protection window (7 days for card, 12 days for bank transfer). Creators keep 100% of their agreed fee. Brands pay the creator fee plus a platform fee (10–15% depending on plan), a payment-processing fee (6% on euro card-funded campaigns; 8% for pounds sterling, US dollars, and all other currencies), and any applicable VAT (currently 0%). Disputes are between the Brand and the Creator. Spongle applies pre-agreed automated rules and does not judge creative quality. You must be at least 18 to use Spongle. Irish law governs these Terms, with EU and UK consumer protections preserved. A plain-language Code of Conduct -- what we expect, what is not allowed, and how reports are handled -- is set out in Appendix A.
